What happens when a very good plot has one small problem, a river?

Our contractor has a solution. The Chief Compliance Officer has a solution. And apparently, these days, even AI can help. All they need is a little innovation, a little animation, and some “grease” to make the process flow smoothly. 😂

But when the river is moved, the plot is approved, and the new River Front Estate is ready for business, there is just one small question: What happens when the rains come?
